Chronological Bible Teaching (CBT) refunds the full cost of the returned product. You must contact us within fourteen days of payment to request a refund. Refund will be delivered within 14 business days upon receiving materials back in an undamaged state. CBT will not refund for products damaged by the consumer. Refund does not include media mail shipping costs.
